Paris Nice Prologue: Carrying Some Speed

Rohan Dennis (BMC) set out from the start gate to prove there is a reason he holds the current One Hour Record.  While the individual time trial is a slightly different event being contested on the road rather than in a velodrome, the required focus, determination and strength are the same.  Dennis was one of the early riders to hit the finish line, so it remains to be seen if is provisional best time will hold up for the win and the first Yellow Jersey of the 2015 Paris Nice.  The nice coincidence is Dennis's bib number 52 matches his speed in the one hour record, and the day's stage.

This is a small original watercolor and ink painting that was created using Yarka St. Petersburg watercolors and Steve Quiller brushes from www.richesonart.com.  In addition, this painting is available through my artist website at www.greigleach.com.  To purchase this particular painting, just follow the direct link at the end of this page.  The paintings are only $50 USD and international shipping is available.  You know you want one!
