Rio Olympics: Fearless

Under the now clear night sky, Thiago Braz Da Silva (Brazil) was lifted by the cheers of the crowd over the high bar of the Pole Vault.  His new Olympic record height was more than enough to earn him the Gold Medal.  The first medal in track and field for the home team.  Starting the medal count on the track with a Gold is a good way to get things rolling.

This is a small watercolors and ink painting measuring just 4"x6" and was created using Yarka St. Petersburg watercolors and Steve Quiller brushes from www.richesonart.com.  This painting and all of my Olympics artwork will be available through my artist website at www.greigleach.com.  To purchase this particular painting just follow the direct link at the end of this post.  Remember this is an original work of art, so once it has been sold, it is gone.  Don't delay buy it now!
