Rio Olympics: Out of the Water

And now it is time for the darling sport of Sychronized Swimming to get underway.  Taking the early lead in qualifying was the Russian team of Natalia Ishcenko and Svetlana Romashina.  One is being launched feet first out of the water by the other.  Each routine is required to have three lifts figured into the choreography.  While it looks like she is nude, it is actually a suit with area of flesh toned fabric accented (strategically) with glittery water blue sections.  This may be my favorite thus far.

This is a small watercolors and ink painting measuring just 4"x6" and was created using Yarka St. Petersburg watercolors and Steve Quiller brushes from www.richesonart.com.  This painting and all of my Olympics artwork will be available through my artist website at www.greigleach.com.  To purchase this particular painting just follow the direct link at the end of this post.  Remember this is an original work of art, so once it has been sold, it is gone.  Don't delay buy it now!
