Giro, Stage 16: Not What He Wanted

As Thibaut Pinot (Groupama-FDJ) road through the second time check, he had it confirmed that he was not having the best of days.  His 66th place finish in Roverto moved him down to 5th overall, not the direction he wanted to move in.  He will have to count on his climbing legs to get past Chris Froome (Sky) and Domenico Pozzovivo (Bahrain Merida) if he is to finish on the podium.  That translate to less than a minute to be gained in five stages, three of which will be contested in the mountains.  As we all know, in stage racing, anything can happen - and usually does.

This is a small 4x6 inch original watercolor painting that is available though my website at www.greigleach.com, or you can simply follow the direct link at the end of this post.  Since it is an original it is first come first served.  The painting was created using Yarka St Petersburg watercolors from Richesonart.com. The work sells for $75 plus shipping. And yes, international shipping is available.
