Tour, Stage 12: Loosening Up

After many attempts to get a group off the front, a big bunch escaped on the climb of the Col de la Madeleine.  The first two over the top were Julian Alaphilippe (Quick Step) and Gregor Muhlberger (Bora-Hansgrohe).  Alaphilippe added another twenty points to his lead in the King of the Mountains Jersey, pretty much ensuring that he will hold the Maillot a Pois all of the way to the Pyrennes.  If one rider takes all of the remaining climbs then he could lose it, but that his highly unlikely.  The GC men will be racing for time and the stage win atop the fabled Alp d'Huez at the end of the day.

This is a small 4x6 inch original watercolor painting that is available though my website at www.greigleach.com, or you can simply follow the direct link at the end of this post.  Since it is an original it is first come first served.  The painting was created using Yarka St Petersburg watercolors from Richesonart.com. The work sells for $75 plus shipping. And yes, international shipping is available.
