Tour Down Under Stage 2: Giving Chase

The peloton wasn't about to make the same mistake twice, so stage 2 they were a little more eager to chase down the break away.  Steele Von Hoff of UniSA-Australia joined Roger Kluge (IAM Cycling) along with the boys from Team Sky in the long hard task of pulling bacl the trio up the road.  Von Hoff was on the front representing the team holding the leader's Ochre Jersey, but rather having the whole team do the chase, they left it to others to make sure those up the road didn't gain too much time.  This is a small original watercolor and ink painting that was created using Yarka St. Petersburg watercolors and Steve Quiller brushes from www.jackricheson.com.  They are a family run art supply company in the state of Wisconsin, USA.  This painting is available through my artist website at www.greigleach.com.  To purchase this particular painting for only $50 USD, just follow the direct link at the end of this post.  While you are there, why not take the time to browse all of the artwork on offer?
