Paris Nice 23, Stage 4: Positioning Himself

Jonas Gregaard (Uno-X) had managed to get himself into the break away yet again.  He as making sure he would have a chance to go for the maximum points to add to his King of the Mountain points on at least the next two climbs.  Just ahead of the Maillot a Pois was Maurice Ballerstedt (Alpecin-Deceuninck).  Off to the side is the American in the break away Larry Warbasse (Ag2r-Citroen) apparently sliding to the back of the seven man break having done his turn on the front.  With 51 kilometers to race they had four minutes on the peloton, but the group behind was closing fast as they approached this base of the climb.

This is a small 4x6 inch original watercolor painting that is available through my website at greigleach.com or you can simply follow the direct link at the end of the post to purchase the painting above. Since it is an original work of art, it is a first come first served reality. The painting was created using Yarka St. Petersburg watercolors and Steve Quiller brushes from www.Richesonart.com. The work sells for $90 USD including shipping, but yes international shipping is both available and extra.
