Bergen 2017, Elite Women's Road Race: What's the Problem?

Hayley Simmonds (Great Britain) had dropped back to her team car to have a bit of a coversation about how to approach the course.  However, it was her mechanic who just about climbed out of the window to go over the problem she was having.  I never saw him trying to make any adjustments, but I quess the race referee was okay with her getting a bit of a push anyway.

If you know what this was about, I would love to know too.
