I am thrilled to see the Tour de France Femmes begin its second edition today. Marion Rousse has popped up out of the roof of the commissare vehicle with the yellow flag in hand. As soon as she waves the flag the race is off! She will speed away hopefully faster than those who want to be in the early break will. I am looking forward to the coming eight days of racing and the stories and art that will follow.
