Giro Stage 14: Driving Back into Pink

Alberto Contador (Tinkoff Saxo) must not have been happy about how he lost his Maglia Rosa on Stage 13.  The Spaniard has always been great against the clock, so it came as no surprise that he was able to reclaim pink from the less time trial capable Fabio Aru (Astana).  But the erstwhile wear of pink finished just 14 seconds behind the winner of the stage, Vasil Kiryienka (Sky).  The ride definitely put the Tinkoff Saxo team leader back in pink, but also left him over two minutes ahead of the Italian, Aru.

This is an original watercolor and ink painting that was created using Yarka St. Petersburg watercolors and Steve Quiller brushes from Jack Richeson & Company, www.richesonart.com.  This painting is available for purchase through my artist website at www.greigleach.com.  To buy this particular painting for only $50 USD, just follow the direct link at the end of this post.  International shipping is available.
