Tour de France 23, Stage 8: Hoping to Get There Alone

Anthony Turgis (TotalEnergies) had been in a three man break for most of the day, but by the time he was just twelve kilometers from Limoges, he was on his own.  He still had about thirty-five seconds advantage.  That however doesn't fit the formula of the peloton being able to pull back ten kilometers every minute.  With that in mind, he would most likely be caught with about five kilometers to go.  The math worked, and he wasn't there to fight out for stage honors.

This is a small 4x6 inch original watercolor painting that is available through my website at greigleach.com or you can simply follow the direct link at the end of the post to purchase the painting above. Since it is an original work of art, it is a first come first served reality. The painting was created using Yarka St. Petersburg watercolors and Steve Quiller brushes from www.Richesonart.com. The work sells for $95 USD including shipping, but yes international shipping is both available and extra.
