Primoz Roglic (Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe) isn't having his best Tour although he has managed to avoid the crashes and stay upright thus far. He started today in thirteenth place, not where a GC guys want to be. Despite looking it like he was not having the time trial he is capable of he did move himself up into eighth place at the end of the stage. However, he sits two-and-a-half minutes off the time of the new Maillot Jaune. So, as it often is, good news, bad news for the other Slovenian in the race.
