Tour, Stage 12: Off He Goes

Never to let an opportunity go, Julian Alahpilippe (Deceuninck-Quick Step) kept going on the attack in hopes of a stage win.  It was his stated goal for this Tour.  On this his third attempt in this stage he got away from Pello Bilbao (Bahrain-McLaren) and the rest of the small group ahead of the peloton.  It seems this small cate 2 climb had really broken the peloton apart.  It did come at the end of the longest stage of the 2020 Tour de France.  He did get away with a small group, but then he broke a spoke losing 3/4s of a minute on the group he was with.  Luck has not been very kind to this countryman of the Tour.
This is a small 4x6 inch original watercolor painting that is available though my website at www.greigleach.com, or you can simply follow the direct link at the end of this post.  Since it is an original it is first come first served.  The painting was created using Yarka St Petersburg watercolors from Richesonart.com. The work sells for $75 plus shipping. And yes, international shipping is available.
