Lennard Kamna (Bora-Hansgrohe) but in a maximum effort on the final climb of the individual time trial. He finished high on the rankings when he came in, but then due to the rides coming after him he ended his race of truth in 21st place. I'm not trying to say anything about what is painted on the road way. The start town of Bourg en Bresse is where Thibaut Pinot was born so the final kilometer of the steep climb was painted with his name over and over and over. All we can see due to the hugh (mostly masked) crowd are the last three leaders of his last name, Pi NOT.
